1. Available to previous or existing clients who recommend UrbanSpencer to a friend or family member
 

2. To be eligible to win you must make a recommendation to UrbanSpencer using the form below
 

3. To qualify for the vouchers, you must be aged 18 years or over

4. The £100 of vouchers will be paid on completion only and arranged by our finance team, who will be in contact

5. If you fail to claim the prize within 30 days of the mortgage completing or fail to comply with any other conditions notified to you, you will forfeit your right to the money and your claim will be invalid

6. A maximum of 5 referrals are permitted in a 12 month period

7. UrbanSpencer reserves the right to vary, change or withdraw this offer at any time
