Our Head Office is based in Montpellier, Cheltenham.
We operate across the majority of the south of England with a large proportion of our client base in Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Berkshire and Wiltshire.
We're happy to meet face-to-face either at our office or at a location convenient to you or alternatively we can arrange a virtual appointment if that's easier for you.
We provide tailored advice on purchases, remortgages, buy-to-lets, let-to-buys, further advances and equity release solutions. We are also able to refer to third parties for commercial lending and bridging finance providers. In addition, we cover all protection advice including life cover, critical illness cover and income protection.

Dan has worked within Financial Services for over 20 years with a large proportion of that time spent working for a high street, multinational bank.
Starting as a cashier, Dan quickly worked his way through all clerical roles and moved on to a number of junior, middle and senior management roles including Area Manager and Senior Branch Manager.
Dan left an almost two decade career in banking to establish UrbanSpencer in 2021.
With the majority of financial service providers offering the same basic suite of client solutions, Dan firmly believes that customer service and client experience is what sets UrbanSpencer apart.
